1. About us

Donut Deals ("we", "us") sells in-game items for the Minecraft server DonutSMP, such as in-game money, skeleton spawners, elytras, netherite blocks and dragon heads. Items are handed over in-game by our staff after you claim your order in our Discord server.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the shop.

2. Not affiliated with DonutSMP, Mojang or Microsoft

Donut Deals is an independent shop. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to DonutSMP, Mojang AB or Microsoft. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang AB. Item names and pictures are used only to describe what we deliver.

You are responsible for following DonutSMP's own rules. Server staff may change, reset or remove in-game items, or take action against accounts, and that is outside our control. We can't refund items that were delivered and later lost, reset or removed by the server.

3. Who can buy

• You must be at least 13 years old (Discord's minimum age).
• If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian before buying.
• You must only use payment methods you are allowed to use. Using someone else's card, PayPal or wallet without permission is fraud.

4. Your account and order code

• You log in with Discord. Each order is linked to the Discord account that placed it.
• After paying you receive an order code (like DONUT-XXXX-XXXX). Keep it private: staff only deliver to the Discord account that placed the order.
• Enter your exact Minecraft username at checkout. We deliver to the username you give us, so double-check it.

5. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and can change at any time. You pay the price shown when you check out.
• Card and PayPal payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. We never see or store your full card or PayPal details.
• Crypto (Bitcoin, Litecoin): send the exact amount shown to the address shown, on the correct network. The crypto amount is calculated from the USD price and is valid for 30 minutes. Payments sent to the wrong address or network, or for the wrong amount, may be lost and can't always be recovered.
• Discount codes can't be exchanged for cash and may be ended at any time.
• We may cancel and refund an order if a price was clearly wrong or an item turns out to be unavailable.

6. Delivery

To receive your items:

1. Join our Discord server.
2. Open a ticket in the redeem channel for what you bought: #redeem-money for money, #redeem-spawners for spawners, and #redeem-items for everything else.
3. Paste your order code and be online on DonutSMP so staff can hand over your items.

We aim to deliver within minutes of you opening your ticket while you're online, but busy times can take longer. Crypto orders are delivered once we've confirmed the payment. Make sure you have enough free inventory space. An order counts as delivered once the items or money have been given to your Minecraft account.

7. Refunds

• Not delivered: if we can't deliver your order within 7 days of you opening a ticket (and you were available to receive it), you can ask for a full refund in your ticket.
• After delivery: in-game items can't be returned, so delivered orders are final and not refundable.
• Wrong username: if you entered the wrong Minecraft username, tell us before delivery and we'll fix it. We aren't responsible for items delivered to the username you gave us.
• Crypto refunds are sent in the same coin to an address you give us, for the USD amount you paid, minus network fees.

8. Chargebacks and fraud

If you have a problem, contact us in a ticket first; we'll sort it out. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute for an order that was delivered is treated as fraud: we may ban you from the shop and our Discord, share evidence of delivery with the payment provider, and ask DonutSMP staff to remove the delivered items.

9. Fair use

• Don't abuse the website, try to break it, or try to get items without paying.
• Don't resell order codes or impersonate our staff.
• We may refuse service or cancel orders that break these Terms, and refund any unpaid or undelivered part.

10. Our responsibility

We provide the shop "as is". As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses caused by things outside our control, such as DonutSMP downtime, resets, bans or rule changes, Discord or payment outages, or mistakes in the details you give us. Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have under consumer law where you live.

11. Privacy

We only collect what we need to run the shop:

• Your Discord ID, username and avatar (from Discord login), to link orders to you.
• Your Minecraft username, and your email if you choose to give it, for delivery and receipts.
• Order details: items, prices, payment method, and crypto transaction IDs you send us.
• Basic visit statistics (pages viewed, device type, country) using a cookie, so we can see how the shop is used.

Card and PayPal payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal under their own privacy policies; we never receive your full payment details. We don't sell your data. Our staff can see order details to deliver your items. To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, open a ticket in #tickets. We may keep order records where needed for accounting or to prevent fraud.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and orders follow the Terms in place when they were placed. Questions? Open a ticket in #tickets on our Discord server.
